  • Where the product was created?
    All manufactured parts come from Europe. The parts coming from old disposable cameras are also upcycled in Europe.
  • What brand of disposable camera are the camera lenses from?
    The optical lenses for the P. Lens ONE come all from Kodak Fun Saver disposable cameras to get the best render possible. Due to limited amount of used Kodak disposable available to upcycle, Other models are made with Hand designed optical lenses.
  • What can I do if I break the lens part?
    We have a good news for you! The P. Lenses are made in a way, that if the lens breaks, you can change the part and start shooting again. You will simply need to have a used Kodak Fun Saver and Take the lens off :)
  • Am I responsible for Duties and Taxes?
    We not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges .
  • No shipping available in my country what to do?
    We try to provide as many destinations as possible. To add your country, send us a request here: www.arnopartissimo.com/help , and we will do our best to add it to the list
  • Tracking information has not updated in a few days. Whats next?
    Orders that have not been scanned by shipping carriers (UPS and BPost) may not update with accurate tracking details. If your tracking number is not reflecting movement after a number of days, please contact us here : www.arnopartissimo.com/help If your order has been lost or misplaced by the carrier, we recommend submitting a claim with carrier either directly.
  • When will I receive tracking information for my order?
    For Preorders You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has successfully processed for shipment. Please refer to shipping and handling time on a per product basis within the product description prior to purchasing.   • Tracking states that my order is delivered but I don't have it. What's next?
    If your tracking is reflecting a status of "delivered" but you have not successfully identified your package, you may find success by submitting lost or stolen package claims with the respective carrier. We are unable to support replacements, refunds, or accommodations for orders that are declared successfully delivered by the carrier.
  • Can I update my shipping address?
    Address changes for orders placed are not guaranteed to be supported. If you would like to update your shipping address, please contact us here: www.arnopartissimo.com/help and we will attempt to update your shipping address with our fulfillment center and the respective carrier. Please note: If an address adjustment is submitted, there is not guarantee that the address will successfully be updated and orders may continue to ship to the previously entered address.
